Marc in Redlands

Community Investment

Marc has been invested in our community for his entire life. During high school, Marc worked part time for the City’s Recreation Division, where he could be found at sports fields across town, leading youth sports programs. He volunteered as a referee for AYSO Region 50, was a member of the Redlands Police Department’s Explorer Program and assisted during the early years of the Redlands Bicycle Classic.

Fast forward thirty some years and Marc is still actively investing in our community. He shared his experience as a citrus grower by serving on the city’s Citrus Preservation Commission and currently helps to shape the future growth of our community as a member of the Planning Commission.  Since 2015, Marc has served as the Executive Director of one of the city’s largest and longest running community events, the Redlands Bicycle Classic. Finally, Marc is a member of the Rotary Club of Redlands.

Marc and his wife Lisa also invest the community through a variety of organizations.  They are supporters of the Redlands Bowl Performing Arts, Redlands Community Foundation, Kimberly-Shirk Association, Inland Empire Community Foundation, Redlands Friends of Shelter Animals, Smiles for Seniors, and the Redlands Historical Society.
